I’ve always been fascinated by the incredible gains that can be made to a company’s online success just by changing a few simple things – a clear phone number on the home-page, a few fields removed from the contact form, services names that everybody understands, sites which load-up quickly, direct contact with account managers, etc, etc…
Each and every small interaction, collectively, making a bigger difference over time.
Of course there is much more that can – and should be done – but the idea of ‘one-less-click,’ or one less interaction or even one less barrier separating you from your customer can have a truly amplifying impact.
Especially in these un-easy times – those that makes people lives more rewarding, less complicated and more enjoyable – will be those that I am sure will eventually thrive.
